Anti-MyoD1 Antibody is a high quality Mouse Monoclonal Antibody for the detection of MyoD1 & has been validated in ICC, IHC, IP & WB.

Western blot: 1 µg/mL. Reacts with the ~45 kD protein.

Immunohistochemistry on frozen and formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded tissue: 2-4 µg/mL.

Immunocytochemistry

Immunoprecipitation: 2 µg/mg of protein lysate
